If you’re contacting us about aUTN (Unpaid Toll Notice) letter, the Ferry Office Team is unable to personally assist with your enquiry. All UTN cases are handled online – the letter you received sets out how to pay or appeal. Once a toll has progressed to the UTN system, the Ferry Office Team can no longer process late payments directly.
